Măsurați zona cea mai plină a bustului și a spatelui dvs. lăsând brațele în jos în mod natural.
Talie
Măsuraţi zona cea mai îngustă a taliei dvs. Această este, de obicei, punctul în care corpul se îndoaie atunci când vă aplecaţi.
