POLICY AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

On mathilde.ro can order and deliver the usual to and from any location in Romania and in EU Member States (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Bosnia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Turkey, the UK, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary), but also in other countries of the world: US, Canada, Australia Japan, etc. on request, with shipping confirmation in advance.

It is important to take into consideration the following information:

• Domestic deliveries are performed by the Romanian Post courier service within 7-10 working days after order confirmation, shipping cost 16 lei (VAT included) or the Service by courier within 4-7 working days from order, cost Ron transport 16 (VAT included)
• Parcel delivery schedule to the destination is from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• External deliveries are sent through international courier company, within 7-10 working days after order confirmation. The term can be extended for those countries with customs administration.

The amount of shipping is calculated based on the country of destination, the number of products purchased and the packaging used to send them. The total amount of shipping is shown on the summary page for before receiving confirming your order.

If, for any reason, the courier company will be required to pay any amount, please contact us so that we can solve the problem.

The parcel with the ordered product will be brought to the destination you specify in the order form. RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

This clause applies conf. O.U.G. 34/2014, when purchasing products from this site using remote communication techniques.

• If you return goods ordered for any reason, please send an email to contact@mathilde.ro , with the subject “I want to return” [name and product size] accompanied by the completed form and downloaded from the link RETURN-FORM-eng.pdf . Please specify your e-mail, phone number and address where you shipped the product, and the bank account where you want to receive the money.
• Return costs will be borne entirely by the Client. Careful! We do not receive packages with cash. Send the product package and tax documents in original package sender’s address specified on the package.
• If you want to change your return with a similar but different size (same model, color, material) will be subject to availability at that time the stock, and if you want to change the ordered product with a another model and another value will be offset by value. We have endeavored to present products in original colors. However, each screen can have different settings and it is possible to see colors slightly changed from the original. Therefore, we can not guarantee that what you see on screen is the exact color of the product.
